Women in STEM, Confidence, and Purpose-Driven Innovation

The International Women’s Day 2025: Enriching Women’s Path program was an inspiring experience that brought together women from different backgrounds to learn, grow, and encourage one another through training sessions, leadership discussions, motivational talks, and experience-sharing conversations centered on personal development, entrepreneurship, and impact. The program had a positive impact on me personally, as I gained valuable knowledge and confidence to pursue my personal and career goals. Most importantly, it reminded me that gender is never a barrier to success, and I was deeply inspired by meeting accomplished women excelling in their various fields.

As part of Team Amora, which placed third place during the teamwork challenge, we developed a concept focused on providing properly fitted field gear, safety boots, and ergonomic tools specifically designed for women in STEM and industrial fields. Our idea was inspired by the growing number of women entering engineering, geosciences, and other technical professions, while recognizing the continued lack of safety equipment designed with women’s comfort and functionality in mind.

Beyond the competition itself, the experience strengthened my confidence and expanded my perspective on leadership and innovation. Most importantly, it reinforced my belief in the importance of creating supportive spaces where women can thrive, contribute meaningfully, and pursue their goals with confidence and purpose.
